GRINDING TECHNOLOGY
Grinding: Grinding is one of the important operations in the field of metalworking and cutting. Grinding is considered a finishing process after it is processed by methods such as Turning, Milling, Planing or after heat treatment... in order to improve dimensional accuracy, roughness, and surface smoothness. face of the work piece
Technology Mechanics Co., Ltd specializes in receiving flat grinding, round grinding, centerless grinding In the area of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai with accuracy up to 0.005mm, roughness Rz 0.8
1: Flat grinding
Flat surface grinding of chip chambers is rarely large enough to accommodate chips in the contact area. The result is high grinding pressure, high power consumption and low grinding quality. To reduce the contact length, the grinding spindle can be tilted from 0.5° to 3° from the vertical.
Perimeter flat grinding (perimeter grinding) the cutting of the abrasive is performed at the circumference. The contact length is small so that the chip chamber of the grinding disc is rarely fully pressed and is easily cleaned through centrifugal force and pressure of the cutting fluid.
2: Outer circular grinding
The outstanding feature of the outer ring grinding is the very short contact between the part and the grinding wheel. This means that the cutting heat generated during grinding is low, allowing for favorable cooling and easy chip reception through the chip-chamber gap of the grinding wheel.
3. In contrast to outer circular grinding, in-hole grinding has a larger axial contact between the grinding wheel and the part. The result is a long, thin chip, which results in compression and expulsion into the chip-chamber void. The grinding wheel is limited through the hole diameters and thereby rapidly changes in size during grinding.
